Strokes are scary

I just saw the most horrifying commercial. This young woman was talking about how she wished she could go back to when she didn't need someone to do her hair and when she could still say her husband's name. "I wish I could go back to when I could have dial 911, and I didn't." And then it says "Strokes ruin lives. Call 911 at the first sign."
Because I don't have enough to be paranoid about. I think a few more commercials like that and I'll have a heart attack, and then they'll have a whole new ad campaign to inaugurate.
Speaking of cardiac arrest, I decided to go for a run today. It was raining, and rain always makes me feel like going running, even though I am not exactly the running type. After, like, a block I got a big old cramp in my side, and my run became more like a hobble. I blame the fact that I was wearing skateboard shoes...
There was something else I wanted to write about. Damn.
